This Platform is intended to establish initial contacts between legal owners of any not withdrawn from/not restricted in circulation inventions (know-how / information of a production, technical, economic, organizational nature, having actual or potential commercial value due to their being unknown to third parties, discoveries, scientific theories and mathematical methods, solutions concerning only the appearance of products and aimed at satisfying aesthetic needs, rules and methods of games, intellectual or economic activities, computer programs, solutions consisting only of presenting information etc.) and persons interested in acquiring such inventions under the rules of law applicable to a potential license or other types of rights transfer agreement determined by such owners and persons.*
The Platform is based on the following assumptions:
1.Significant number of inventors worldwide looking for acquirers of their inventions, even not proteсted by patents, as well as persons looking for such inventions.
2. The economic efficiency of the implementation of inventions.
Simplified schemes
Pedro in Bogotá, looking for an acquirer of his invention in the sphere of lumber production, posts a corresponding message on the Platform.
John in Boston, looking for an invention in the sphere of lumber production, posts a corresponding message on the Platform.
John in Boston, having read Pedro's message on the Platform, gets his contact details after paying a Service Fee, and proceeds with a detailed discussion of the invention and terms of its acquisition.
Pedro in Bogota, having read John's message on the Platform, gets his contact details after paying a Service Fee, and offers his invention to John.
In real life, the scheme may be more complex or simpler.
